What Regradia is

A tutor with a course, a record and a schedule.

Regradia is an AI learning platform for people who understand material during a lesson and lose it weeks later. Everything in this list is built and in use today.

    Structured pathways

    Courses are authored as modules and topics with prerequisite relations. The tutor handles the prerequisites; the learner never manages a curriculum.

    Adaptive tutoring

    One concept at a time, in a conversation that opens with a goal, checks understanding along the way and ends with an evaluation of what the learner showed.

  3. 03

    A learning ledger

    Each session leaves a record of strengths, gaps and misconceptions. Progress moves on that evidence, and the evidence stays linked to the conversation.

  4. 04

    Reviews that test retrieval

    A review is a short conversation that asks the learner to bring the idea back from memory, with hints when needed. Rereading an explanation is not counted as recall.

  5. 05

    Scheduling that adapts

    Review dates come from an FSRS memory model. The first three reviews fall by day 3, 7 and 18 at the latest; after that, the gaps grow with each successful recall.

Not built today: Code execution, IDE integrations and courses outside programming. The six pathways cover programming; the method and the data model are not tied to it, and that is where several of the collaborations below start.

  • Retention and delayed-recall studies on real review data, with the learner's consent.

  • Assessment methodology for understanding that an AI evaluates.
  • Experiments on the review design itself: hints, intervals, what counts as recall.
